Jim has been the president of LEX Realty, the oldest real estate company in Syosset, for over 50 years. He is the multiple listing chairman for Zone 3 which encompasses the North Shore of Nassau County and is a director with the Long Island Multiple Listing Service. Jim is active in community affairs, a director of the Town of Oyster Bay Arts Council, and past president of the Nassau East Kiwanis.
Jim has been a resident of Syosset since 1948 when Syosset was a farming community.
